We attended the sushi cooking school class last night and were blown away by how great it was. Sushi chef Karol was brilliant so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his craft. Did the Sushi school here last night and it was amazing. Lots of great tips and advice, Karol was very attentive to all dietary requirements and preferences. Got to eat lots more sushi than expected, gyoza, hand roll, two rolls and more. The salmon was so fresh, it was the best salmon Ive ever had.
